I am writing this testimonial with great gratitude and appreciation of the outstanding job by Frances Certoma.  After the passing of our mother, it was time to sell our beloved family home of 50 years. Frances Certoma was our real estate agent through Century 21.  Through her professionalism and caring compassionate personality, she made the hardest thing we ever had to do easier.   She was always available and made us feel secure when showing the house by appointment or her many open houses.  She took care of our house like it was her own.  Since both my sister and myself do not live nearby, Mrs Certoma took care of everything, from shoveling the snow to utility emergencies, without us having to be there.  In closing, I will never forget her dedication and wonderful job in the selling of a very special house.
